4. Enrolment and Payments

All training fees are communicated in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments may be made in full or through approved in-house interest-free payment options.

Deposits: Once course access, equipment, or a confirmed training date is provided, deposits become non-refundable.

Balances: Must be paid in full before training commences.

Payment Plans: Must be completed as agreed, even if attendance is delayed or rescheduled.

The Academy reserves the right to suspend access or refuse participation if payments are overdue or if a student breaches these terms.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Training fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date once, provided written notice is given at least 30 days before the scheduled session.

If illness, emergency, or travel disruption prevents attendance, the student may reschedule within six months without penalty, a doctors certficate to confirm illness will be required.

If the Academy must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered the next available date or digital alternative at no cost.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are final. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to meet local licensing requirements.

In exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Academy management, a partial credit may be applied toward future training within twelve months of the original purchase.

Refunds will not be granted once course materials, online access, or physical kits have been issued.

For in-house payment structures, the student remains responsible for completing the agreed payment plan in full.

7. Professional Conduct

Students and Academy representatives are expected to demonstrate professionalism, respect, and confidentiality at all times.

The Academy reserves the right to dismiss any participant for disruptive behaviour, unethical conduct, or breach of confidentiality without refund.

Certification may be revoked if the student misrepresents the Academy, teaches without authorization, or fails to uphold professional standards.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

Fibroblast Skin Rejuvenation is a non-medical skin rejuvenation method. Results vary based on practitioner skill, client care, and adherence to training protocols.

The Academy makes no medical claims and accepts no liability for outcomes, adverse reactions, or damages arising from treatments performed by graduates or independent practitioners.

Students are responsible for securing appropriate insurance coverage and medical oversight where required by law.

9. Compliance and Legal Responsibility

Each student must verify their state’s or country’s regulations before performing any Fibroblast service.

Students are solely responsible for maintaining compliance with local laws and insurance providers.

10. Privacy and Data

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Information may be shared only with trusted service providers who assist in processing payments, emails, or student management systems, all of whom comply with data protection requirements.
